Founded by university students, CONEK aims to create a job board exclusive to fellow students. While students can sign up and set up their profile, employers create job posts and try to find the best talent for their company. Since most job boards in German-speaking countries focus on full-time employment, finding job boards dedicated to students poses a real challenge.

This is where CONEK enters the scene: with a fresh spin on an established system, CONEK wants to disrupt the industry.

While developing the core functionalities, such as the job board and messaging functions, were the primary objects, LUNIQ was also tasked with developing CONEK AI. The AI-assisted matching system is one of the main benefits for students and companies alike, ensuring precise matches between candidates and employers. Our development team created a smart algorithm that delivers tailored results, making job search and finding appropriate candidates easy.
